Who we are

StintSights is run by Phill Wylie in the United Kingdom. For anything about your details, email hello@stintsights.racing.

What we collect

When you register interest we keep what you type into the form: your team name, your name, your email, your Discord username if you give it, how many drivers you have, the classes you race and any message. We also record when you sent it.

Why

Only to contact you about the StintSights pilot. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We don't sell your details or send them to anyone for marketing.

Where it's kept

Sign-ups are saved in a private Google Sheet in our Google account. Google stores this data for us under its own security and privacy terms.

How long

Until the pilot is over, or 12 months, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, your details move to your team account and that account's terms apply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
